What we collect

When you book a service, we collect only what we need to do the job:

• Name — so we know who we're helping.
• Phone number — to confirm your booking and reach you about the job.
• Job address — so we know where to go.
• Booking details — the service you requested, your description of the problem, and your preferred date and time.

We do not collect payment card numbers. Payment is handled in person by Zelle, Venmo, check, or cash.

How we use it

• To schedule, confirm, and complete your booking.
• To contact you about your job — confirmations, "on my way" updates, and follow-ups.
• To keep a record of work done at your home, so we can help faster next time.

Text messages (SMS)

By giving us your phone number when booking, you agree we may text you about your booking — confirmations, scheduling updates, and completion notices. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, and HELP for help. We will only send marketing texts if you separately agree to receive them. Your mobile number and your text-message opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Who we share it with

No one, except as needed to serve you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited details only when necessary — for example, with a payment app you choose to pay us through, or if required by law.

How we store it

Your information is stored in our own secure booking system. We keep job records so we can reference past work, and we delete information on request (see below).

Your choices

• Ask us what information we have about you — we'll tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your information — just call or text us.
• Opt out of texts any time by replying STOP.
